Maybe it means no low ball offers?

No lock box. In one ad it is because seller will be there when the property is shown.

I called the property management company. It means no lock box. The property also has 2 applications already in place so chances are it is not available. Sorry.

Yes Lock Box may be a great answer, but have no Idea why you would lean with such.

NO LB means listing agent using code just a few understands. I, like you, do not have a clue.

In my Realtor mind, it's saying No Lockbox but I could be wrong. Not sure why someone would put that in their advertisement though.
