What do u mean by downstairs ? Are u stating that this house has a basement ? Is it possible to build a detached 3 car garage on this 2/3 acre ?

Does it have a garage to be converted into rooms or modified the interior partition walls to enlarge the other rooms ? I would like to have more information and pictures on this house ?

Hi Barney, I posted 11 more photos of 4301 Cooper to the MLS listing recently. Hi Barney, Thank you for your inquiry about 4301 Cooper Lane in Lago Vista, TX . To start off, there is a 2-car garage attached to the house - part of the home structure. You enter it on the right side of the home. When you enter the front door you go up a short staircase to the main living level. There you have formal dining, kitchen, breakfast area, living room, 2 bedrooms that share a full bath and the master bedroom that has a full bath suite. From the entryway, if you go downstairs you have a large under stairs storage closet, a room that could be a bedroom although the Austin Board of Realtors rules prevent me from defining it as such because it doesn't have a window (it does have a closet), another full bath, an ample laundry (w/d) closet, and then you enter a large room that spans the full back width of the house. It is the 2nd living area (flex space - gameroom, etc.) and then there is french door into another nice room on the left corner WITH a window, however no closet there. And YES, it is VERY POSSIBLE to build a detached 3 car garage on the lot to the LEFT of the home. The lot on the right has a great firepit area, swing, treehouse and walking trail. The flex space she mentions is likely just referring to open, undefined heated/cooled space that can be used or set up for almost any purpose. Unfortunately, the photos nor the description of the property provides enough clarity on this.

There is no basement on this home...it's a two story structure only. The garage has not been converted..it is still a two car garage. Based on the plat map, it appears additional (detached) garage space could be constructed onsite without interference with easements. If you'd like to have a copy of the plat map, please email me directly as I can't save attachments to this Trulia site. The home has been on the market for 32 days as of today.
