Mold is a nasty issue. Looks like a decent rehab project. Unfortunatly there is no property disclosure to tell if it's on going. Are you looking for move in ready or a fixer?

Hi Shari,

Wow that looks like some serious mold damage. It would have to been from the upper unit freezing and flooding the lower unit. It will not finance traditionally, but you can contact me directly and I can find the lender in charge of the file to see what type of special financing is available. Please don't hesitate to let me know what I can do. I have access to everything on the market.

Have a great weekend,

Katherine
