What can you tell me about the condition of this property. Are they mostly cosmetic is foundation elect ok?

FIRST ANSWER
Your clue is in the notation "lots of TLC" on the property description. As a Realtor, my guess would be that significant work is required to restore it to its condition in 1956, when it was built. Sellstate Classic Realty is the listing office and you should probably contact them for a disclosure or if they have a property condition report.
Most local Realtors would be happy to show you the property and you would be safer conducting your own home inspection.
