FIRST ANSWER

Copper Creek is still being developed. It will be a popular subdivision when it is completed based on the location to the Highland Golf Course. I called the developer today and he said they are about 30 days from completion. Plan on lots being available for sale in mid-February. The developer will get me a price list soon.
