I am the listing agent for the townhome at Avery Ranch, at the overlook.
The HOA dues are 175 per month. This covers the exterior maintenance and insurance. The home has a detached 2 car garage, that is oversized and has plenty of storage. The HOA maintains the grounds and a couple of years ago replaced the roof due to some damage. The complex is well maintained, close to shopping, retail and restaurants. It is a golf course community this complex resides west of Parmer, and east of Hwy 183.
The master is downstairs, has a separate tub/shower and has a large walk in closet. There is another one in the complex for sale but it is a different floor plan. This unit has the 2 secondary bedrooms upstairs with a loft/gameroom upstairs.
It is tucked in the middle, so not close to Avery Ranch Blvd, and not close to Parmer.

The HOA is $170 a month. Some additional research is needed to find out what services are provide for that monthyly fee, such as paid water, landscape maintenance or access to a community pool.
