Condo fees are extra fees paid per month to the condo board or associated to cover additional amenities or services that condo building provides.

Those services can include (but are not limited to), master insurance policy, snow removal, landscaping, certain utilities, trash, etc.

For this property in particular - it is not on the market. However a sister condo (#705) is. It's fee is $824.06 / Monthly and indcludes Community Ctr, Concierge, Elevator, Exercise Room, Meeting Room, Party Room, Pool-Outdoor, Security plus Custodial Services Maintenance, Ext Bldg Maint, Gas, Lawn Maintenance, Management, Master Ins Policy, Parking Fee, Pool(s), Reserve Funds, Security, Sewer, Snow Removal, Trash Removal, and Water.

If you'd like to see this other property, please let me know! I can schedule a time that's convenient to you.
