13332 Golf Pointe Drive is located in a community called Riverwood in Port Charlotte, FL. This particular home is not currently for sale or rent, but there are other homes available in the community. There are monthly HOA fees depending on the location of the home within the community. There is also a one time working capital charge of $300 to the buyer when purchasing a home. And there are CDD fees which are included in the taxes.
