This home is great with over 1900 sq ft including the converted two car garage which can easily be converted back to a garage. The fees are $355 monthly and include lawn care, building insurance, pest control in and out, legal/accounting/master assoc fees, trash removeal, street lights, tennis, scenic boardwalk, community excersizeroom/pool, and much more. The Importance of working with a BUYERS AGENT
A buyer's agent is a real estate agent whose primary objective is to get the buyer the lowest price possible on the home they want. A buyer's agent hunts around for homes that fit your needs and when it comes time to negotiate a price, they represent you during the bargaining. Insurance, Lawn/Land Mainten, Legal/Accounting, Master Assn Fee Incl, Pest Control Exter, Pest Control Inter, Security, Streel Lights, Trash Removal.

Additional Rooms

Laundry in Residence, Media Room, Recreation.
