Hi Julie,

Speed is very important and Realtors have the tools available to get you information on available homes as the come on market. Randy brings up a good point, it is very important you work with an Agent these days. Even though the national news is negative on the Real Estate Market, in the valley we are experiencing a very busy buyers market. Pending sales are way up since 2001. Take a look at the stats:

A Realtor can also put in a back-up offer on a home or watch a Pending home for you in the case it comes back on the market.

Hello Julie,

Yes...unfortunately it is already Pending. I'm assuming that since it just went on the market today that the listing agent either brought in her own buyer or another agent was given the inside scoop that the home was coming up on the market.

Do you currently have a Buyer's Agent working for you on your behalf the find good deals? That would be your best bet.
