Just to clarify. This house was on and off the market for a while. The current owners purchased in 2010 for $810,000.
2 Years later 6/22/12 they put it on the market for $1,050,000. They took it off the market on 12/12/12/
On 12/24/12 the house went back on the market for $929,000 then lowered to $899,000 a few weeks later.
On 2/21/13 they took it off the market. The listing did not expire which would automatically take it off the market . The status of unconditional withdrawal means that the listing contract did not expire when the owners told the Realtors to take it off the market. This is not uncommon and it usually happens when either the owners have changed their mind or when the listing is about to expire.
Where does that leave you?
You can get in contact with the seller to see if they are still interested in selling. Once you contact the owners they will let you know the reason for the ucw. It could be that they want to rethink their choices or could mean they changed their mind.
I can help you with this inquiry if you like. Once we find out why it was withdrawn you can see if making an offer is appropriate.
