I can help you find a home in Murrieta if you are not working with a realtor at this time. I also live in Murrieta and know the CIty well.

Thank you for your question-
This is a FALSE listing - in my opinion. I looked this listing up on the MLS --there is NOT a listing on the MLS for any home on Red Bluff Place in Murrieta that is active!
Trulia allows agents to manually place their listings rather than
receive listings and listing updates directly from -- the source - the MLS!
Two things that will tip you off here -
1.) There is no property address?
2.) There is not an MLS number
This is very misleading and abusive tactic in my opinion!
My husband and I have lived and worked in Murrieta for over 20 years. We know the area very very well and would be glad to help you find the home of your dreams at the best price possible!
We are REO and SHORT SALE SPECIALISTS. Our background over the last 30 years has been full time agents working in real estate sales and lending. We have worked through three down markets.
We know how to and what to do to get the best deal for you. We fight hard for you. Not to mention there are two of us to make sure your needs are taken care of!
Please feel free to view our online profiles, websites and testimonials. We have over 300 licensed agents that work for our company.
Scott and I would be glad to help you sort through all the different options available to you. Then when that right property hits the market we are ready to jump on it and make your dreams come true.
If you would like...might I suggest an automatic direct MLS Listing feed sent to your email address? We can set up a customized search of exactly what you are looking for so the minute that home hits the market you will be notified the same time all of us agents are notified. There is no faster or more accurate source for real estate listings than the source - The MLS!

You see several agents below have posted invitations to contact them. You should do that with two or three or you should contact another local Realtor because trying to buy a property that you see on RealtyTrac is not going to get you anywhere.
What you have seen on Trulia is a notice of default or foreclosure posted by Realty Trac which is a reporting service. Realty Trac takes information from public records and provides it by subscription to its members who have registered and agreed to pay a fee for the information. What you see on Trulia is an abbreviated report from Realty Trac in order to entice you to sign up for their service.
It is unlikely that you will be able to buy this house for the price posted on Trulia. That is the amount of a default and has no relationship to the value of the property. The house may be offered for sale at a later date but it will most likely be listed with a Realtor and priced at a price that reflects the market price for the area.
If you are serious about buying a house, you need to align yourself with a full-time, experienced local Realtor who can help you to find the house that meets your needs. Your Realtor can help you to learn about the current market conditions, realistic house prices, loan qualifications, negotiating strategy, escrow management, inspections and everything else that goes into the purchase of a home.
There's a lot of good answers here but in regards to your question, this home is actually not available for purchase. It's either going into foreclosure or is foreclosed on and won't be available to buy until an agent lists it for sale. When a home gets foreclosed on, it doesn't automatically become available, sometimes it's bought at auction by investors, sometimes the bank buys it back from themselves and they don't relist it right away. Your best bet is to get hooked up on direct MLS emails because that will have everything: standard sales, foreclosures, short sales, probate sales, all ready for purchase. A realtor will be able to send you this. It's a monthly subscription that we pay for that gives us accurate and exclusive listings. Any of us agents here should be able to send you this lost daily and even automatically if you'd like. Now, you get to choose which of us you'd like to help you. All we need is your email address to get you dialed in.
Best of luck,
I would be happy to help you find a new home in the Murrieta area.
At this point in the market, there is a shortage of homes ...
I also have someone I work with that can get you into homes that have been recently purchased from auction.
My suggestion to you is to get pre qualified from a Lender to be ready to purchase asap...I wouldn't even send in an offer for you without a pre-qual letter...
Let me know if you need the name of a qualified lender in the area and if you need my assistance in finding a home.
Thanks for your inquiry.
I live very close to this property and am very familiar with the Murrieta area. If you would like, contact me and I can have listings that meet your search critieria directly emailed to you from the MLS (at no charge to you). You can either email me or call me with your search criteria and I will set it up in the MLS. If you are not already pre-approved for a loan, that is the first thing you need to do so when you find a home you want to submit an offer on, you can. In today's market (shortage of homes for sale in relation to number of buyers) you need to be able to submit your offer right away and not have to wait for your pre-approval.
There are several listings in that area, I would like to assist you if you are looking to purchase.
