As the listing agent; I can certainly assure you that it is NOT a converted garage. We have had over 30 inquiries on this property a month and unfortunately we are closing on this one in 2 weeks after having a few buyers not qualify.

Hi Susan,

There is no mention of the garage being converted. The property is an "approved short sale" so in theory you should be able to close in a timely manner, as well. That is always a plus!!

If you are unfamiliar with short sales, foreclosures, etc.. definitely take some time to discuss the pros and cons, of such a purchase choice, with a Buyer's Agent... before jumping in.

It is hard to say, from the information on the MLS it seems there is a two car garage, but the best way is seeing it in person and not only the garage, but the whole house, neighborhood, etc, etc,

The listing seems to indicate that it has a 2-car garage, but I see the back doors that are probably making you suspect that it is converted. I just tried to call the listing agent to find out and will let you know as soon as I get an answer. One other thing I noticed about the listing is that it seems to be a short sale with Bank of America. Please call me at 210-827-7355 if you would like more information about short sales.
