There is no mention of the garage being converted. The property is an "approved short sale" so in theory you should be able to close in a timely manner, as well. That is always a plus!!
If you are unfamiliar with short sales, foreclosures, etc.. definitely take some time to discuss the pros and cons, of such a purchase choice, with a Buyer's Agent... before jumping in.
