Hello Leeann. There never was an open house for this property. It went on the market in September and was in contract 10 days later. You' be best positioned when working with a Realtor to get this kind of opportunity. The list price is not necessarily indicative of the final sale price. Banks are checking the market and trying to get reasonably close to market price. However, those approving short sales will accept less if they have to in order to avoid the costs associated with foreclosure (and hassle), and also to get it off their books. It is supposed to close by the end of the month, but may not due to either buyer or lender not acting quickly enough. Often, when a transaction is in 'waiting' mode for three to four months such as this one, the buyer may end up leaving the transaction once the approval contingency period is up (and it has possibly passed already). If you want to be in line in case it falls through, again, your best bet is to work with a competent Realtor. Regards ... Wayne

No dear. They have submitted the best offer Offers to the lender 9/10/12.
Most likely in today's competitive environment, the lenders will counter more.

There will be more homes coming up. Be patient.

This house is pending and due to close escrow this month.

So no open house. If you are looking for a home and want up to date information drop me a line.

Have an amazing day!
