2 this is the site you want to register at and become very familiar with and please don't get your hopes up high the winning bidders are usually the foreclosing lender as they will bid the full amount of the FCL Judgement they obtained unless they privately decide to do otherwise and their sole discretion. Thus unless you are a wealthy, professional, savvy, real esttae investor and auction bidder, your best bet is awlays to wait to buy the property once it is re-marketed post foreclosure and after the CT has been issued title cleared ... as you WILL be buying at auction sight unseen (at least on the interior) and maybe subject to all other junior liens, fines, penalties, fees, court costs, association liens, judgements, etc etc. Please consult a competnt real estate attorney in all proceedings and dealings and you're best off working with a great real estate broker, like myself, and my team and title company. If you're serious to pursue this further please feel free to call for your free, no obligation investor consulting interview during normal business hours. Thank you and good luck, Steve Epstein Cell/Text: 305-546-5132
