An HOA stands for Home Owners Association and they ALL have fees, some more or less than others. You want an early developed neighborhood where they never had any fees, where everyone took care of their own. Of course most of these are east of I95, although some very nice you will pay more for insurance. You will find very few homes built after the 80's in the Boynton area unless you go out west where you will not pay a monthly fee. Hope this helps.

Hi Marcia,

Most of the homes in Boynton Beach that don't have an HOA, will be older homes. There will be no community amenities such as a pool or a gate.

There are some areas that have more reasonable HOA rates than others.

Much will depend on how large a house you are looking for, and what amenities you may want in your neighborhood.

You may find a few homes with no HOA fees in Delray Beach and Lake Worth which are just south and just north of the home in Boynton Beach.

I will be happy to help you find a home. Please contact me directly and we can determine what type of home best suits your needs.

This Boynton Beach home, which is currently unavailable for sale, has an HOA fee of $525 per quarter. It is located in Pine Tree Village, an over 55 community.

If you are looking for a home in Boynton Beach with no HOA fees, ask your Boynton Beach real estate agent to find a single family home community with no gate and no amenities of any kind.

Good evening Marcia
If you are looking to not pay any hoa you would have to look for homes that don't have a gate or necessarily in a community
If you are looking for town homes or condos those normally have hoa fees because they include fees associated with the building as well as most of them include insurance as well

If you have certain criteria of what you are looking for you can email me or call me and I'd be more then happy to help you out!

Thanks talk to you soon,
