Hello Kajnnc,

you can look up the property taxes in Leon County on the counties website. At their records the tax was $4,740,68 on the 2011 Tax roll. I have included a link for you at

go to search, agree to search terms, type in any property address and on the bottom go to the tax records and as well you will find other helpful information.

Please note taxes are different every year and it depends what the property is bought for, the exemption you can apply and other factors . There is a great tool on the counties website for you to use and to calculate the estimated tax payments sized to you.

Other useful real estate information you can find at

$4,740.68. However, taxes are based on what you pay for the property not the last family who lived there. This number represents the present owners. This is a short sale which means the house is selling for less than what the sellers owe. You can go to the tax assesors website to check out any taxes for any property. This particular house has a contract on it. You can go to to search the multiple listing like I do, for up to date listings.
Let me know if I can help you sort it out.
