We have no idea if there are any restrictions in the decedent’s will in regard to the sale of the property by the heirs. If not, you should be able to make any deal that is acceptable to you and to the various other heirs. I wonder why you would offer different amounts and why you don’t think they will compare notes? Your strategy may backfire on you.

You will have to enlist an Attorney who specializes in Real Estate for this one.
If you cannot find one in your area, try going to your nearest Title Company who will be happy to assist you in your search.
