We have no idea if there are any restrictions in the decedentâ€™s will in regard to the sale of the property by the heirs. If not, you should be able to make any deal that is acceptable to you and to the various other heirs. I wonder why you would offer different amounts and why you donâ€™t think they will compare notes? Your strategy may backfire on you.
