I would do it!
Such as:
Young adults driving, after school activities/sports, events that will draw traffic, night entertainment and last but not least weekend hangout activity which is not allowed but almost difficult to avoid.
Such locations/closeness to any school, whether elementry, junion high and/or high school can and will make a difference as to market value.

I believe the home you are referring to is 55 Clyde St, and if so, the school is an elementary school.
As you know, everything has it's pros and cons, however living close to a school can be a great positive! There are no neighbors on the side of the home that the school is on and the children, when school is in session, are young. During the winter months there is most likely no outdoor recess and during the summer months school is not in session so the noise factor from the children is really at a minimum. Furthermore, the home is on the ball field side, not on the playground side. Also, on the plus side, if you have young children of your own, the outdoor school grounds are nice and close for your own family use.
Hope you find this helpful - if you would like to further discuss your concerns about this or any other home, please contact me.
