Renee,

In Trulia, the property is shown as having two bedrooms. In the MLS, it's clearly three.

Hmmm. You are correct. Although, I would scroll down to the bottom of this page and under "Company Info", there is a link to "Customer Service". You will have to contact them in order to get the info corrected. This also brings up a very good point. If you are needing real estate info, contact an agent and not a website such as this or RealtyTrac or foreclosure.com.

Jim,

According to the Trend MLS, this property is a 3-bedroom home in a community called Windrush in Jamison. It settled on 7/27/2007 for $325k. MLS#5006965. What else do you want to know about the home?

Hey Terrence,

I wasn't exactly sure what the question was. If there is an error with a listing, it usually gets pointed out by the seller at some point. Unless a bedroom was taken out.
