Melissa is right on--without more info we can't help. I did search for homes for sale on Copeland School Rd. and this one did not come up so if it's bank owned they haven't yet listed it with a Realtor in the MLS. I would assume--which can be dangerous--that it's West Chester School District. As with many foreclosures you don't know what you're getting until you go see it. It could be nice and it could need a ton of work. Would seem to me that if $2000 is correct it will go in a flash no matter what the condition of the house. Go ahead and see what you can find from Realty Trac--could be an excellent investment if this house works out for you.
