The older listing should have been removed once it was sold.

IMPORTANT: If the property is being "flipped", that is to say if it is being sold twice within the same year with the second sale coming at a markup, there may be some financing restrictions. Be sure to speak to your lender before making an offer.

I just looked this property up on MLS and it is listed at $249,900. It sold earlier this year in April for $199,000 so you may have been looking at the old listing. The person who bought it put some work into the property with an updated kitchen, new landscaping and more. That person now has it back on the market at a higher price.
