It was listed as a short sale, and the listing expired in August 2011. Since it did not sell as a short sale and is still vacant, is most likely is still in the foreclosure process. No one can know exactly when it will be up for sale as a foreclosure, not even we Realtors. But I do know that no one can purchase the home from the bank until it is listed with a Realtor. I know that is frustrating to neighbors who hate to see a home neglected in their neighborhood, and also to buyers who are interested in purchasing the home. Hope this helps!
