Good Morning Milinda,

Not a problem. Once you have placed the property for sale, the information on Trulia will be updated by way of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which is utilized by Realtors. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have you had a CMA completed on the property your looking to sell?

You can have your realtor put the correct information on your lot in the MLS and say per seller the lot size is______ in the comment section that other agents can see and also where it says lot size dimensions they can put seller instead of any other source. There is an area for that...just make sure you let your agent know this. They can say that both parcels are included in the sale.

If you are not already working with an agent, I would be happy to help you. You can give me a call at 951-204-1864 or email me at

Have a great day!

Hi MIllinda, assuming you will have a Realtor handling the sale , the correct information will be placed publicly when uploaded on the Multiple Listing Service.
You can also ask that Realtor to change the information in Trulia when they input / edit the listing.

Im happy to sell it for you when needed!
