No disrespect to Mezzetti, but I do not think the agent is wanting to get calls from people who are looking for clients with a budget of $13,500 to BUY a property when they are working with clients who spend that much per month on rent. It could be a simple mistake - let's hope so!

The answer is... its a monthly lease. The agent should have put that in his description, but they don't so you will call.

This is the monthly lease price for this property. The post does not make that clear
