This home is not for sale. It will come up for foreclosure sale if no remedy is proposed such as - listed as a short sale, a loan modification, or the seller paying off the past due amounts and keeping the home. If it does go to sale and the bank acquires it back, a designated Realtor will list it for sale after the bank decides what the sales price should be.

This property is not listed as being for sale but It is in foreclosure proceedings with Public Trustee sale scheduled for Feb 6 2013. if the homeowners are not able to remedy the situation, there is a good chance it could be purchased by the foreclosing bank - Bank of America. If so, it should be on the market in the future.

There is another bank-owned property on Lyndenwood Cir that was just listed Jan 21. It is 4451 E Lyndenwood Circle and it is listed at $267,500. If this is an area you are interested in please let me know and I can email you the MLS property report.

Sorry, it doesn't seem that this house is currently "for sale" although it may be going to the Public Trustee's Sale soon. That means it's being foreclosed upon. Now, if you're wanting to purchase this home at that sale, please note that it will be an auction, and you'll need to have cash available that day, for the full purchase amount.

Best of luck to you!

I hate it when Realty Trac does this.

The simple answer is most likely no. This is commonly done where a company advertises homes that are going to go into foreclosure and they want you to pay for the homes information. What a rip off. Most homes never make it to foreclosure - a giant waste of time and money.

The best home search is - that has the most up to date info on the web in Colorado.
