This building is right around the corner where I live! So I had to add my two cents.
It would need finishing in several areas of the building and a well and septic but would make a very interesting home or multi-purpose building. It's very large and located in the Ketchum Corners area of Stillwater, which is an easy commute to Saratoga and Wilton and a very pretty area.

I've noticed they haven't had alot of action over there - it wasn't even plowed out the last time I went by - so you could possibly get a deal on the property.
