We use this score to help our clients sellect properties that are closer to shoping, schools, freeway entrance, parks, walking and biking paths, etc. We specialize in helping buyers/renters. We currently manage close to 400 homes and if you'll email us your criteria and time line, we'll set you up with a custom rental search which will email you current listings with pictures. Just let us know which ones you want to see and we'll set up a tour. We can also help with any information you want about Vegas as we've lived here since 1976. When you're ready to buy we can help you with that as well. Please call. Matt and Kim 702.501.0973 or Email at (

Walk Score is just basically how close it is walking to amenities likes schools, parks, and shopping. The higher the score the closer walking distance amenities are. The lower the score the more Car-Dependent you will be.

If you need help finding any rentals please feel free to contact me at any time and I would be glad to help.

Thank you, I am actually going to need help in finding a place to rent. I am not familiar with the areas at all. I have seen some nice homes on line. Currently I live in San Jose and we have to short sale the home. I am concern because we will have the income to rent but not the credit score.
