What is the water source? If well, age of pump.
What is the sewer source? If septic, last known septic inspection and dredge.
What, if any, owner expenses have yet to be disclosed, e.g. lawn care, water, trash, etc...
Are there any known conditions that would adversely affect the material value or rental appeal?
Why is the home for sale if it is cash flowing?
How old is the HVAC system?
How old is the water heater?

This is a bank foreclosure with multiple offers on it. Some of you questions would need to be directed to the previous owner. Because this is bank owned that isn’t possible. I don't the seller will provide insurance policy and premiums WHICH vary based on many factors.

Many investors such as myself sell investment properties based on number of reasons.
