This house has been listed for 19 months, had multiple offers presented to the bank, and been classified as active contingent 6 different times. Furthermore, this listing has had 12 price changes, most recently from $125K to $170K. This listing is a perfect example of the how NOT to sell a home. If it was me, I would move on to a listing that could actually be bought!!!
