There are two properties currently for sale on Pauline Street in Plano; $245,900 and $250,000.
There was one home that was once listed for $185,000 that was owned by the HOA.
I suspect that the homeowner owed $4,006 in HOA Dues and that is the amount of the
Lien on Record for which the HOA took over the property.

Are you assuming this condo costs 4k?

Please hire a Realtor before exhausting your time on fiction.

Cheers!

This is too good to be true! There's no such thing as condo for sale for $4k in Plano.

Hi Wahaj,

I agreed with Lynn, this will mostly likely be a real deal. When they say its too good to be true. This is probably the case.

You can even buy a parking space or even a garage for 4k in Plano area! Please contact a reputatable realtor if you are ready to search for home in the Plano area.

You can check out some of the plano properties at this site:

Good luck!

Hi buyer,

This home if you go FHA will require 3.5% for down payment, if you go with a conventional loan you will need 5% down payment and I can negotiate for the seller to pay part or most of your closing costs. Please feel free to give me a call so I can refer you to a professional loan officer to assist you in explaining the total down payment and interest rates, since they are pretty low now, you can get a low interest rate.

Thanks,
