Thanks for stopping by. I spoke with Rudy earlier on Twitter, so I knew you were all watching this. As I said in my blog posts about it, if there's one thing I always give Trulia credit for, it would be their attentiveness to problems when pointed out. This one was the worst of them - it's obviously a multi-million dollar property, but look at the price:

The description is correct for the address, but the photos don't match at all. The photos depict a very expensive house, not a $121,000 house.

This has been ovccuring a lot lately here on Trulia (I flagged this listing yesterday as a matter of fact). It troubles me because there have been so many instances that I feel the consumer is getting a bad impression and incorrect info.

My suggestion is to use a San Antonio Real estate agents web site that employs IDX (it allows us to show listings from the MLS) - most agents these days use it or have a link to an IDX site. By doing that you're getting more current info and contains the full info from the MLS (sites like Realtor.com don't even show all the photos).

If you're working with a local agent you can also ask them to set up a search in the MLS which will send you homes that fit your criteria as they appear.
