No way was that a shot at you Jennifer--I think that agents who post on Trulia are the best!!

And now that the Designated Agency rules have changed in New Hampshire, agents who work in the same office that has the listing *may not necessarily* be considered to be working for the Seller. (I never quite understood how an agent who works for the same brokerage could be considered an agent of the Seller, but that's how it was until just a couple of months ago. When showing an office listing, the best we could do is to be a Disclosed Dual Agent..... ANYWAY, you might like to post the link for the listing here using the "Customer Display" option, which will show your name and contact info :)

Who knows, maybe it'll fit the profile for one of my Buyers and we could have a transaction together :)

Gee Val, I hope that wasn't a shot at me? ;) I said my office has a condex listing in Plaistow, not that I did. If Steve wanted more information I could provide it as a Buyer's agent, not a Seller's agent. :)

Unfortunately, the information available on Trulia isn't always current or complete, as you're seeing in this situation. This condo had actually changed to "contingent" status before it expired (which means there was an accepted offer) and also was listed for a lower price than is showing here: $134,900

For more current information, you might want to check the NH real estate database at http://www.NNEREN.com. Or, for the most accurate and up-to-date information, you might consider working with a qualified Buyer's Agent. Remember that agent who lists the property is working for the Seller, and is obligated to keep the Seller's best interest in mind. Not the ideal situation for the Buyer, who may only make 1 or 2 home purchases in their lifetime. The condo fee was $240 but unfortunately this listing expired in February of this year. My office has a condex listed in Plaistow with no condo fees, contact me if your interested! ;)
