On Trulia when square footage pricing is quoted, does this include the garage or just the actual living space?

On Trulia the square footage pricing quote is pulled from the listing information provided by the list agent of the property.

Although square footage should only reflect heated living space, some builders quote total square feet under roof. So the answer is, it depends. That's another reason why I always recommend finding a Buyer Agent to work with when you are looking for a home.
