Hi Angle:

Any real estate agent can answer that...they just need to know the address. It is public record and can be found on any title search.

Good luck!

Angie,

You may be able to get the information from a Title company as they have access to information on liens recorded. A better source may be the owner. Just ask to see a payment coupon, or bill, and if payments are being received by a servicing company call that company and ask them who owns the note they service. It may be even easier if the lender is servicing their own loans, then the information should be on the coupon/bill.

Good luck,

You need to ask the owner. Realist is rarely an exact science. It will show a lien holder, but you never know if a lien has since been sold to another servicer.

Please shoot me an email directly, I can give you some more advice.

Should be easy, consult a real estate professional by phone.
