My husband and I are legally seperated by way of a Property Settlement Agreement in NJ. We are both

relocating to Florida and both buying seperate homes. Does anyone know how that affects the deeding of property and spouses rights as there is a legal seperation but not divorce. Thank you for any input!

Hi Barb,

The best advice I can give you is to consult an attorney when you get to Florida. I'd be happy to recommend a good Real Estate attorney if you would like a referral.
