April Collier, Home Buyer in Sylacauga, AL

Many of these parks are restricted to 55 age. What if my husband is 58 and we have a 12 year old? Is it going to get me and my child "kicked" out?

Most 55 and up communities don't require all residents to be over the age of 55. They usually have a required percentage that need to be over 55 within the entire community. You would have to communicate with the main office on site or the Homeowner's Association if applicable to see where they stand on their current ratios. 55+ communities differ from retirement communities in the fact that all residents must be over the age of 62 in most retirement communities.
