Are you familiar with Albuquerque? I have a few questions for you to help me narrow down my searches. Rab, being proactive, I have made a few assumptions and found a few homes you might find interesting. They are in the NE part of town, which has slightly better investment potential than the west side. I assumed some basic home criteria and chose areas where crime should not be a problem. This list only goes back to last year, but it is even more impressive if it went back to 2005ish.
Check out the rest of that site as well!

The following tools will help you when searching online.
• Map with zip codes in our metro area attached for your reference. You can zoom in and out on this document. I will need you to email me so I can email this to you.
• MLS areas map also, which ought to prove helpful when searching using MLS tools like this one: http://www.gaar.com/findahome this is real time MLS data, so it is the best site to use for actual home searching!
• General map and my basic descriptions of neighborhoods, also will email this to you.

Trulia is a good tool too, http://www.trulia.com . I also like to do walk street view on google maps! You can also try http://www.walkscore.com

I am happy do some home searching for you and set you up with your own web portal, where new listings that meet your criteria will go, and where I will put some for you to consider when I find good ones. Just shoot me your basic criteria if/when desired.

I would suggest using those agents who help you most, instead of locking into one source… don't sign an agreement to work with only one agent, they rarely answer the phone after that, and I will never ask you to sign one. I will wins your business with my service and market expertise! And finally, I offer a rebate of up to 1/3 of the commission paid to me by sellers, which can save you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! To add on Rab, we have two rather distinct markets in Albuquerque, due to some geographical constraints to development. East and west of the Rio Grande river are two very different markets. So, one of the most important questions is where you will be commuting to. That will determine a good list of properties I can post for you to review and get an idea of what is available.
