Woodfield is immensely popular with great facilities for families of all ages. It has the reputation of being the best country club for kids in Boca.

There are two membership categories namely, Golf and Sports.
Kensington is a nice community at the western end of the CC.
Since Woodfield has offered some inducements to new members, I would call the membership office to see what the current status is.
There is also a food minimum each year which currently is $2500.
The property you are inquiring about is a single family home in Woodfield Country Club which is located between Jog Road and the Florida Turnpike just south of Clint Moore. Woodfield is a tremendous facility but is a private equity club with significant fees. They have 2 different levels of membership with equity bonds starting at $38,000 for a Standard Equity Membership up to $65,000 for a Full Equity Membership. There are also non-refundable initiation fees involved. Annual dues start at $7,272 and go up to over $14,000 depending on membership classification.
Like most private clubs, Woodfield is struggling with higher real estate inventory that the overall market. Baby boomers are not as interested in golf as the central focus of their lifestyle and all clubs are positioning themselves with various ideas to attract younger members. Woodfield is marketing themselves, with some success, as the club for those with young children. It is an excellent time to buy for those interested in a private club as there are many very motivated sellers out there.
