Good Evening Mr. Garcia,

The property you are referencing is possibly just a notification by a foreclosure reporting service that advises when a home owner has had a foreclosure proceeding against it. Without an exact property address it would be hard to determine if this home is on the market for sale at this time. There are owners that do place their homes for sale and sell it as a short sale, or if they have equity sell as a regular sale.

If you are actively in the market searching for a home, my stongest suggestion would be to find a realtor that you can work with, that will assist you in your search. In working with a realtor (no cost to you, the fee is paid by the seller) you can advise this realtor of what your search requirements are, such as number of bedrooms, baths, features, location and of course the price range. Once that is determined a realtor can set up a search for you and provide you with information on homes currently on the market for sale meeting your criteria and also when a new listing appears on the market you will get that information very quickly. Please feel free to contact me if you would like assistance with your home search.

On the top of the listing says: Pre-foreclosure / Lis Pendens
That means that the property IS NOT AVAILABLE.
