this is a typical price for a fixer upper in this area. Most Likely it needs a full rehab. Michael Cohen 610-642-0347

The property has not been on the market for sale since May 2012 when it was priced at $55,999. This appears to be in foreclosure and going to sheriff sale (auction). The bank can only bid up to their total debt at auction, so possible that reason and the properties condition are both playing a factor.
