Why does owner want to sell? Are there community association costs? Solar heated pool? Is there really a heating system or just because outdoor?

Hi Sachi, this listing was released on March 9th, but if you would like, I can either contact the listing agent and see if the sellers are still interested in selling this property, or I can send you a list of others in the neighborhood that might meet your needs.

Hi Sachi,
This property was on the market as a short sale and has recently been withdrawn. It was listed by an agent in my office and it is most likely headed to the trustee sale and I assume that it will come back on the market as a bank owned property.
As far as weather conditions, right now the high temperatures are in the high 80's to low 90's. The temperatures will keep increasing until we hit the 100's in early May. This will continue through the summer but we do get some relief starting in early July through August. This is when we start getting a lot of moisture from the gulf of Mexico which triggers our summer thunderstorm season or "monsoon rains". It stays pretty warm through October and then starts cooling. Our winters are very mild with very few days where the low hits freezing.
Hi Sachi,
The property you are asking about (1250 West Panorama Road) was taken off of the market on 03/09/09, here is the old listing link:
http://tarmls.rapmls.com/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=Tucson
The property was a short sale, which meant that the homeowner owed more than the market value of the home. There is no HOA so there are no fees. The pool is really on a solar system and the house has heated gas.
If you would like more information on similar homes please feel free to contact me and I will get that right out to you.
