That property has been under contract since May 11th and is a short sale. Typically, the status is shown as AWC (Active With Contingencies) in the MLS and that is more than likely the reason that it's still showing "active" on other real estate websites.

Here's a link to properties in Queen Creek that are 3bdrm 2bath, single family properties. The most inexpensive Active property right now is $94,500.

Good luck!

This home is currently under contract. This is a frequent problem with using Trulia. Many of the homes are outdated. This is largely due to being a national site. They do not have access to individual MLS systems which is the only way to provide accurate and up to date information. If you would like to surf the MLS then my websites have a direct link to this system.

Hi,
Trulia, Zillow and other national sites are frequently out of date and show homes that are under contract or have been sold. To avoid out of date listings, please use http://www.CentralAZHomes.com to search for available listings. My site is updated hourly so you can stay on top of what is available.

I can also help you with newly constructed homes, if you want to go that route. They can be found on the http://www.CentralAZHomes.com under the new homes tab.

If you will be using a loan to make your purchase, you will want to obtain a Lender Pre-Qualification (PQF) before making an offer since sellers won't consider your offer without one. Please let me know if you need a lender recommendation to get that step started.

I look forward to hearing from you soon .

Hi Me, well you actually...

There are rarely any clean newer single family homes under 100k left in the market anymore and those that are available are on the market for an extremely short period of time. This home was on the market 11 days before it was under contract.

I did find one home available at 94k in Queen Creek and you can see that by going here:

http://www.flexmls.com/cgi-bin/mainmenu.cgi?cmd=url+other/ru…

You may have to copy paste the above link into your browser.

If you want to see an accurate view of the market I would like to invite you to use the Realtor MLS. It's the same system that I and the rest of the real estate community uses to view and save potential homes that are active and not under contract.

If you head over to http://www.stewlkeene.com and look for the real estate search tab you'll find the "FLEX" mls search page. Watch the very short videos and go ahead and try that out.

I think you'll really love it.

All The Best to You!

I am so sorry, but that is a home that has a contract on it that is waiting to close. Those AWC(Active with Contingencies) that are short sales, are super frustrating because they only show the word Active on line. If you want to see similar, let me know! I live, work and volunteer here!
