The home was a short sale in 2009. A bank is not named in the Tax record
available to me, nor is the "last change of ownership" section of the form
complete. Chances are good that the home has already been through a Sheriff's
Sale. Either the folks currently on record bought it or the bank bought it and it
isn't recorded yet - I've seen a lot of that.
If you go to the Noblesville courthouse, you can find out who owns it.
If owned by the bank, they are incredibly slow and aloof to people seeking information about their properties - too many salaried man hours wasted talking to people kicking tires ... and they need to employ a Realtor anyway to have boots on the ground to organize all the details around selling a home. Hopefully, if owned by a bank, it will
get to market soon.
If you want to check with me or another Realtor periodically or ask one of us to notify you if/when it becomes
available - just ask.
