Looks like the FEMA map expired... I'll show you how to find it...

Go To:…

In the upper left hand corner go to: "Product Search by..."

Click on the tab for "Map Panel ID"

The Map Panel ID for this property is: 48029C0234E

It will pull up one item: 48029C0234E BEXAR CO.,UNINC&INC AREAS ***HISTORIC*** 02/16/1996 - you can click this to see the map.. Now this is from back in 1996 so they marked it as "Historic" - This is the only map available online for free for this address. The property you are looking for is in the upper right sector of the map where Anderson Loop connects with Green Glen Dr.

But you can verify the information by seeing the BCAD Map which included the flood feature... and is a bit more up to date. You can easily see on that map that this property does have the flood zone going right through it.

Here is the FEMA Flood Map for that property -…

To view this area on the flood map... zoom in on the upper right hand side of the map, and find Anderson Loop where it interecects with Green Glen Dr. Then you can compare that to the tax map listed below:

You can also see the Tax Map Here:…

The part of this road where it gets close to Loop 1604 and Kyle Seale, you can see where the water drainage zone runs. You can even see it on the BCAD Map as well. It looks like this particular lot does appear to be in the water drainage zone.

Looks like the flood zone runs right though this lot.

Hope that helps..
