Cindy - no...the high rise next to the Banana Boat is Marina Village. It is a great area and a gorgeous property.
The prices there start at $209,000 for a 1/1
They are highly upgraded with options like Stainless appliances, granite counters... and many have intracoastal views...some even have their own private docks!! (obviously for a higher price)
the amenities of the building are top notch...and the proximity to the Banana Boat and Two Georges makes this a great and convenient place to live!
I have attached a link below to all the listings for Marina Village so you can see that property.
I agree with some of the news about Casablanca Isles. I don't think it is a BAD property - but you can get something around the corner in the more desirable Renaissance Commons, Boynton Landings or Via Lugano for a little more and be more comfortable with your investment.

Cindy,
One thing you should know about Casablanca Isles is that the HOA is having financial problems at the moment due to all of the homeowners that have defaulted on their loans. Half the community has new roofs the other half does not and it may be sometime before they do. You'll notice that most of the units in there currently for sale have water damage. Inspect carefully and try to get into a building that already has the new roof so you don't end up getting assesed like crazy after you move in. I definitley reccomend a mold inspection as most of he units I have shown in there seem to shhow signs of mold.
Best of luck

Hi Cindy,
No this listing is at Casa Blanca Isles, old Boynton Rd and BB Blvd.
Are you in the market for something?
Great to hear from you!

Hi Cindy:
Based on the address listed on the advertisement it is at Casa Blanca off Boynton Beach Blvd west of I-95. The one you by Banana Boat is by the Intracoastal Waterways.
