The zoning for Congress Street is RS which means single residential so no duplexes, but this particular home does have a finished basement with it's own entrance which makes a fabulous guest suite.

This is a single-family detached home in a neighborhood called The Parks at Broken Top which features several community parks and a great pool area! There are several types of homes within The Parks including custom homes that sell in the $900k range. This particular home is part of the most affordable section where the homes have "zero" lot lines, rear-load garages, and sell in the $250k-$350k range. The middle school is nearby as are trails and many Westside amenities. I believe the land behind this home is common area that lies between this neighborhood and the golf course community of Tetherow. Broken Top itself is a guard-gated golf course community, too. The Parks is not gated, however. Please let know if you would like more information on this or any other home in the area!

Hi Maya-
This is a single family home in The Parks, a neo-traditional community on Bend's westside.

The area behind the home is an alley that allows access to the garage. Sort of a cool design that hearkens to an earlier time. The homes feature friendly front porches, and the garages in the rear mean that the sidewalks are not cut every 50' by a driveway. There are planting strips between the curb and the sidewalk to further encourage interaction amongst neighbors and to help create a pedestrian-friendly community.

Feel free to contact us for more info.

Without knowing the street address for the home, it is difficult to answer your questions. The neighborhood consists of single-family dwellings. Without the address, I cannot tell you what is in the back of the home.

If you would like to see similarly priced homes in Bend, please let me know.

This is a single-family home in the very popular Bend neighborhood: The Parks at Broken Top. This home backs up to a buffer zone between The Parks and Tetherow, a luxury golf community. It is not on the golf course, but does have some nice privacy. Whether you are looking for a single-family home or a duplex, I am happy to assist you in your search!
