k12simmins, Home Buyer in North Wildwood, NJ

Is this price negotiable? I see the interior is slightly dated.

There may be some room in that number. Keep in mind that the last Ocean Front sold for $212,000 back in April 2012. It was in similar condition and on the same floor.
I would think that since the unit you are asking about has only been on the market for 2 days that it should get a lot of activity and take an offer in a short period of time.

If you are thinking about taking a look or if you know that building and want to put in an offer.

Everything is negotiable But you have to start the negotiations. This is not the place.

If you like we can go see the condo and then decide if you want to make an offer.

Hello, Kristin. Basically any home is negotiable. It depends on the buyer. The only real time negotiation is limited is if it is bank owned or short sale, which this unit is not. If you would like to see it, please call me at 609-870-0066
