Sadly, Nathan, it appears that this home doesn't exist or is so old that I can't find it on the MLS.

Since there's no address, that tells me that this might have been a listing 'created' by someone and posted to Trulia to try and attract buyers. I know it might sound unethical, but I see it happen from time to time on most third-party websites such as Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, etc.

I did a quick search of ALL 'Active' homes currently listed for sale in ZIP 85260. There are 84 listings. They range from $189,000 to $9,995,000. Here's the link to those homes:,12,1

I also did a search of ALL 'Sales' in 85260 from the past six months. There have been 330 homes sold on the MLS during that time. They range anywhere from $177,000 to $2,820,000. Here's the link to those 'Closed' listings:,12,1

Websites such as ZILLOW and TRULIA are fantastic for researching neighborhoods, market data/statistics, etc. but unfortunately they aren't able to maintain current information for many of the property listings you'll find on their sites. Being that they don't have direct access to the MLS, their information is sometimes months old. The only true way to obtain current and accurate property listings is from an MLS search.

If you'd like information on ANY of the homes found in the link of 'Active' listings, just send me a quick email and I'd be happy to help!

If you would like to search listings yourself the same way that realtors do you can use this link to do so:

I agree with Jim's assessment. Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo and other national sites are frequently out of date and over half of their listings are no longer available. Please use my local website to search. It is updated hourly and you can stay on top of what is really available.

This is a brand new construction and it is not in Scottsdale. It is in Queen Creek.
Sometimes the search engine pick wrong addresses for new construction homes.

Dear Nathan:

It's what is called a blind ad, there are no homes like this in Scottsdale for $139,000.

Hope this helps.

Typically when Trulia list the homes without an address it is some sort of phantom home. Contact me direct with what you are looking for and I can set you up on MLS direct. Thanks- Andy
