Hi Selwa, no this property in Charlestown is strictly what they call raw land. It needs approvals to build from all the necessary venues. In order to buy a piece of land like this you would normally make it conditional on getting those approvals. Some sellers will not negotiate it. As you probably know it is in a flood plain which would mean that it needs an upscale onsite wastewater treatment system. Any other questions, just contact me. best, Ginny Gorman

I am happy to provide you with the answer to your question. I work with builders and engineers who would be happy to answer your specific questions. What is the adress of the parcel? I can get a plot map and meet with you to discuss this. Remember buying raw land, its best to use a buyer's agent who can help determine if this lot is buildable.

What is a buyers agent, and why would I want to use one? We see many folks out there who simply do not understand the value of having a buyer representative to help assist in looking out for their, the buyers, interests… why is that? It seems sometimes, consumers feel that they might get a better deal when the purchase a house IF THEY USE THE LISTING AGENT. I must say, that I have not seen a buyer save any money without a buyers agent to represent them…
